1. Scope
This Privacy Policy covers the Bloom iOS and iPadOS app and this website. “Bloom,” “we,” and “us” refer to the app’s developer. Apple provides the App Store and Game Center under Apple’s own terms and privacy notices.
2. Data and purposes
Solo play and settings
Bloom stores the player name you enter, saved game state, round history, and tutorial progress locally on your device. It also saves your difficulty, appearance, language, card-back, sound, and haptic preferences there. Bloom uses this information only to run the game, restore a saved match, and remember your settings. Bloom does not send this local solo-play data to developer-operated servers.
Game Center and optional multiplayer
Bloom asks Apple Game Center to authenticate when the app starts. If you are signed in, Bloom receives your Game Center display name and scoped player identifier so it can recognize you in the app. If you start a multiplayer match, the participating devices exchange gameplay actions, connection events, player identifiers and names, and the game state needed to keep up to four players in sync. This traffic uses Apple’s GameKit service. Bloom does not operate a separate multiplayer server or use this information for advertising or profiling.
Apple independently processes Game Center activity and account information. Apple explains that processing in its Game Center Privacy notice.
4. Retention and deletion
Your saved solo match is updated as play continues. Local game data and preferences remain on your device until they are replaced through use, changed in settings, or removed with the app and its data. Device backups managed by Apple may include local app data according to your backup settings. Multiplayer state remains on the participating devices for the active session. It is not uploaded to a developer-operated account or game server.
Bloom has no developer copy of your local save and cannot erase data held by Apple. You can remove Bloom’s data with iOS storage controls, manage Game Center in your device settings, and use Apple’s privacy tools for data held by Apple.
5. Your choices
- You can play against computer opponents without starting a Game Center match.
- You can sign out of or disable Game Center in your Apple device settings.
- You can remove Bloom’s local data by deleting the app and its data from your device.
- Bloom has no developer account system or developer-hosted player database, so there is no separate Bloom cloud account to close.

7. Children
Bloom does not knowingly collect personal information through a developer account, advertising system, or analytics service. Game Center access, sharing, and parental controls are managed through the user’s Apple Account and device settings.
