Simple rules, sharp choices

Every card you learn changes the next move.

  1. 01

    Remember your hand

Start by peeking at two of your four cards. The rest stay hidden, even from you.

  2. 02

Draw, replace, or use a power

Draw from the deck or take the top discard. Replace a card in your hand, or discard what you drew. Discard a drawn special card to choose whether to use its power.

  3. 03

Call Bloom at the right moment

Call Bloom before drawing when you think your hand is lowest. Each opponent gets one final turn, then everyone reveals their cards.

Cards with consequences

Three powers.
Plenty of doubt.

Discard a special card you just drew, then use its power or skip it. Peek and Spy show you one card. Swap exchanges cards without revealing them.

7–8

Low score wins

A bold call can save your round or double the value of your hand.

Call it right

Normally, if you call Bloom and finish with the strictly lowest hand, you add zero. Every rival adds the value of their own hand.

Call it wrong

If any rival finishes with a lower or tied hand, you add double your own hand value. Everyone else adds their own hand value.

Exception: the special hand

If the caller finishes with exactly two 12s and two 13s, the caller adds zero. Every opponent adds 50 points instead of their hand value.

Play the match

When a player reaches 100 points or more after a round, the match ends. The lowest total wins. Players tied for the lowest total share the win.

Built for play, not profiling

Your solo game stays on your device.

Bloom has no ads, analytics run by the developer, or Bloom accounts. Optional online matches use Apple Game Center. The policy explains what stays local and what Apple processes when you choose multiplayer.
